Role: Marketing Operations Manager

Size and functions of local team: 400 FTE 300 in Germany 30 in Marketing
Own and optimize the marketing technology stack (HubSpot primary)
Streamline workflows and ensure alignment with sales & business development
Maintain data quality integrations & GDPR compliance across platforms
Support campaign execution with setup segmentation & tracking
Evaluate & implement AI tools to increase efficiency and performance
Replacement part of Operations team (also Regional Comms Programs Product)

Focus on enterprise deals (50200k ARR)
35 years in marketing operations / technology (B2B SaaS/lead gen)
Native German & fluent English
Hands-on experience with HubSpot (automation workflows reporting)
Strong analytical skills with GA Tag Manager Looker Studio
Solid understanding of lead lifecycle and CRM processes
Salesforce or Marketo experience
Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics
Experience with AI tools in marketing workflows
ESG or sustainability industry background
