Job Description
KONE Technology & Innovation is a global organization of technology design and environment experts who research and create new technologies for innovative People Flow solutions.
We are now looking for a
Drive Component CDE Elevator Technology Categories
to be responsible for technology of drive product.
Main responsibilities:
Drive product technical solution feasibility study for elevator new requirement
Working with global development team for solution review and development.
New drive technical solution validation and implementation to KONE China.
Continuous drive product improvement:
Cost saving opportunity identify and implementation
Failure analysis with root cause analysis for product improvement
Troubleshooting and problem solving for quality case.
CR(change request) process management.
Skills Education and Experience
B/. degree in power electronics embedded electronics or relevant
More than 5 years of work experience in a relevant field e.g. drives converter inverter UPS Solar
PCBA area knowledge is strong plus
Elevator knowledge is strong plus.
Elevator rescue device knowledge is strong plus.
Good knowledge in drive main components dimension and validation
Good knowledge in drive analog/digital circuit.
Drive standard(IEC) and EMC knowledge.
Good problem solving skills using logic and fact based troubleshooting guideline
Good English language skills
Good communication skills
