Two years of post high school education or higher or be able to pass a standardized test approved by the state of South Dakota for designated Education Assistant positions.
EXPERIENCE DESIRED:
Three to twelve months
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Constant hand-eye and mind-eye coordination hearing; frequent filing scheduling sitting and sorting are required
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & DUTIES
- Tutors students on academic work.
- Monitors attendance.
- Corrects student work and assignments.
- Administers pre-test post-test and collects data.
- Works in the library/learning center.
- May be requested by administration to transport students using personal vehicle.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

PAY INFORMATION
Level G starting at $18.12 per hour$1000 sign-on bonus!
Pay Day: Last working day of each month.
HOURS & FTE
Monday through Friday8:00 am to 3:30pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch
0.875 FTE35 hours per week9 months
