Associate CSSC application engineer

As an Associate Customer Sales and Support Center Application Engineer you will apply subject matter knowledge with a limited degree of technical/business insight work across functional areas and may work under some degree of supervision and follow established procedures and guidelines to provide technical quotation information advice and assistance regarding the organizations products and services before during and after a transaction to maintain and improve the organizations customer relationships.

Your main responsibilities:

• Evaluates complex enquiries from customers and Grundfos external sales providing the best possible offer or solutions within the required time frame ensuring compliance with technical and commercial specifications.
• Carry out system calculation and sizing of pump and prepare documents for project biddings such as P&ID drawing datasheets instrument details and all relevant documents that effectively accomplish client objectives and user specifications.
• Prepare and submit tender submissions from qualified enquiries and ensure contractual and/or technical requirements are fulfilled.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors on pricing as per tender specifications and requirements with costing sheet and technical data
• Support in reviewing high-level tenders by team members to ensure quality submission taking into consideration presentation technical offering and commercial aspects.
• Manage discounts offers special conditions including credit limits and pricing conditions
• Communicate with all relevant stakeholders (business development external sales project engineer contract analyst etc.) of the status of enquiries and orders.
• Provides technical support as well as Pre-and-Post sales to Sales Service and Customer service teams.
• Any other reasonable duties as requested commensurate with the position

Your required skills and experience include:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering Major in Mechanical or Mechatronics or Electrical or relevant fields.
• At least 2-3 years experience as an application engineer or project engineer in industrial application.
• SAP Customer Relationship Manager / SAP ECC / Business Warehouse
