To complement our rapid growth we are actively looking for a talented People Partner to oversee HR initiatives as they relate to department goals and performance in Philippines.
As a regional People Partner youll be a crucial component of our HR team. You will form effective relationships across the organization as you guide management decisions serve as an employee champion and strategically anticipate analyze and respond to HR-related matters. Responsibilities:
- Partner with regional business leaders and guide talent management and employee retention initiatives
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees addressing inquiries and concerns with empathy and confidentiality. Support conflict resolution and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company. Manage the offboarding process conducting exit interviews and providing feedback to improve employee retention.
- Data and Reporting: Analyze HR data and trends to identify issues provide actionable insights and inform decision-making. Own reporting cadence for metrics such as attrition headcount and engagement.
- Talent Acquisition Support: Partner with the Talent Acquisition team on strategic hiring needs and workforce planning.
- People Projects: Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes and enhancing the overall HR function.
- Provide expert insight into people and organizational issues.
- Support any immigration queries in partnership with TA and People team ensure excellent planning and implementation of key HR initiatives and programs
Requirements:
- 5 years People teams experience in a related role
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and responsibilities in parallel
- Strong collaborator - Ability to collaborate and operate in a one team environment across all levels of the organization
- Partnering and influence - Present solutions in ways that are heard understood and supported
- Communicate with clarity conviction and confidence across regions/cultures including upward when necessary
- Personal credibility - Consistently offer quality advice counsel and insight
- Ability to build and maximize relationships build trust communicate effectively is required to analyze HR issues and provide information direction and advice as described
- Good analytical skills problem solving and decision-making skills are required to provide support as described
- Excellent planning time management prioritization and organizational skills.
