Were looking for individuals that can add to this collaborative team environment. As a key part of our Capital Works team youll help shape and deliver a wide range of construction and infrastructure projects across our evolving campus environments.
Youll be responsible for the full lifecycle of projectsensuring scope time cost quality and stakeholder expectations are effectively managed and delivered. Core responsibilities include developing and managing project plans and programmes overseeing design integration maintaining robust governance and reporting structures and ensuring value through cost and risk management.

Senior Project Manager:
Lead complex projects end-to-end overseeing all aspects of delivery.
Develop delivery and procurement strategies to respond to shifting priorities.
Influence outcomes and align senior stakeholders to project goals.
Mentor and support team members to build capability and internal expertise.
Proven success delivering capital works projects across the construction industry with diverse stakeholders.
Project Manager:
Lead small to medium size projects end-to-end from inception to completion.
Plan and deliver projects with adaptive strategies effective scheduling budgeting and cost control procurement and stakeholder engagement.
Lead multi-disciplinary teams to build capability and drive collaboration.
Proven track record delivering capital works projects across construction and engineering sectors.

The Property & Campus Development Division is responsible for the Universitys built environment and property operations. The key goal for the division is to deliver value to the University and community through the unique character and purpose of our physical places.

This is a full-time (37.5 hours) permanent position located in tepoti Dunedin. Flexible working options available including remote work flexible hours and consideration of 0.8 FTE for the right candidate.
The University is offering a remuneration level commensurate with the responsibilities of the positions.
