Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruiting an Assistant Project Manager for a permanent full-time contract.
The role will be responsible for supporting the Project Management team within Campus Development and the wider Property Services group with their programme of work by ensuring the delivery of minor projects to specification on time and within budget.
You will also undertake project administration in support of the Manu Tāiko - Associate Director Campus Development to align with the programme objectives and ensure the efficient and effective delivery of the programme of work.
You will be a member of the Campus Development team and report to one of our Project Delivery Managers.
As a team within Property Services the Campus Development team is responsible for the coordination of new building projects major building refurbishments and smaller capital and infrastructure work programmes undertaken on behalf of the Asset Management team.
Property Services delivers quality facilities and services for our students staff and the wider community to enjoy by building and maintaining a sustainable environment which enables and supports the Universitys research teaching and learning.
Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is a research teaching and learning institution. Campus Development would look to support each mentee with a specific mentoring programme based on experience and broadening areas needing to be developed.
