At VIPS PMS part of Freetime Hospitality b.v. we foster an informal atmosphere where everyone is dedicated to serving our customers every day. For over 25 years we have been a leading provider in the Netherlands with our reservation software catering to B&Bs hotels and conference centers.

To expand our sales department we are looking for a proactive and stress-resistant intern for our office in Nieuwegein.

Job description.

What Will YouDo

You support the sales team with tasks such as creating quotes scheduling appointments and preparing presentations;
You plan and participate in trade fairs;
You handle administrative and operational tasks within the sales process;
You contribute ideas for online content and printed materials;
You manage customer relationships (client communication);
You handle administrative tasks for departments such as Support and Finance.

Requirements.

What Do WeGet From You

You are pursuing an HBO degree in tourism/hospitality;
You have strong communication skills and a good command of Dutch and English;
You have an ambitious proactive and enthusiastic attitude;
Affinity with hotel reservation systems (PMS) and the (online) distribution landscape of hoteliers is a plus.
