Job Summary
Hans im Glck Franchise GmbH is a dynamic and expanding casual food restaurant company. HANS IM GLCK stands for a special gastronomic experience with great products of the highest quality. The focus is on burgers high-quality drinks and a unique atmosphere. There are currently almost 100 HANS IM GLCK locations in Germany Austria and Switzerland. We plan to open more restaurants in the Netherlands in the near future and are looking for enthusiastic team members who want to be part of this fantastic journey.

What you bring to the table:
- At least 3 years of experience in hospitality and a passion for the industry
- True team spirit
- Openness and enthusiasm
- Strong communication and motivational skills
- A hands-on mentality: you are proactive and get things done
- Service-oriented mindset and flexibility.
Your key responsibilities:
- Planning creating and managing work schedules for the service team
- As host/hostess ensuring smooth service during your shift
- Handling reservations and resolving any complaints
- Ensuring compliance with HANS IM GLCK standards and legal guidelines
- At the end of your shift preparing a daily report and conducting the monthly inventory.
