Manage the P&L statement and lead the results achieved by alliances employees in his/her branch
Collaborate in recruiting processes interviewing and deciding offer extensions
Trains and supports alliances Team Leaders in his branch (eg. weekly meetings to review targets & performance)
Oversee and monitor the performance of the sales alliances structure in his/her branch
Has accountability for the performance and results of medium-sized teams and trains team members and/or has working knowledge and experience in own discipline uses prescribed guidelines or policies to analyze and resolve problems and receives a moderate level of guidance and direction
