An established and growing estate agency in Bournemouth is seeking a driven and experienced Lettings Manager or Lettings Lister.
This role is perfect for a motivated individual ready to take ownership of the lettings process and help expand a high-performing team.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Proactively generate and secure new lettings instructions
- Conduct accurate rental valuations and advise landlords
- Build and maintain strong landlord and client relationships
- Create and deliver marketing strategies for listings
- Oversee the presentation of listings across all channels
- Work closely with lettings and property management teams
- Monitor local market activity and trends
- Uphold exceptional service and professional standards
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Proven experience as a Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings Negotiator
- Strong track record in valuations and listing success
- Excellent negotiation and client communication skills
- Results-driven proactive and commercially minded
- Confident leader with team motivation abilities
- Highly organised and detail-focused
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- ARLA qualification (or working towards) desirable
- Familiarity with local market and property software
