Job Summary

We are offering a full-time opportunity for an experienced professional in property management facilities or construction who is looking to scale back from full-time work while remaining actively involved in delivery.

This is a hands-on role within a flat management structure no layers no silos. Youll have autonomy direct access to decision-makers and the opportunity to shape outcomes across a diverse property portfolio.

We welcome applications from professionals with a proven track record in:

- Property management across residential and commercial portfolios

- Construction oversight including refurbishments dental practice fit-outs and office-to-residential conversions

- Site coordination contractor management and snagging

- Stakeholder engagement with:

- Dental practice managers

- Residential letting managers

- Construction site managers

- Suppliers and trades

- Independent planning and time management

- Microsoft Office proficiency and willingness to use property management systems (training provided)

- A valid UK driving licence and flexibility to travel between sites.

Working Conditions:

- Site-based role with autonomy and direct engagement

- Mileage and business expenses covered
