About the Role:
As Restaurant Manager at Cairn Group youll take the lead in delivering a best-in-class dining experienceensuring every service runs smoothly your team performs brilliantly and our guests leave happy.
Youll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the restaurant maintaining high standards of food and service while driving customer satisfaction staff engagement and commercial performance.
With vibrant hands-on leadership youll develop and support your team to consistently exceed expectations meet service standards and contribute to the restaurants ongoing success.
Whether managing the floor reviewing guest feedback or monitoring operational KPIs youll balance people leadership with a strong commercial focus to deliver excellent results.
