Job Description
As a trader in the Fixed Income trading team you will actively communicate with different counterparties in the interbank market provide feedback on market flow and accurately complete trading orders. This role will cover various trading processes in the interbank market mainly including repos bond trading you will be familiar with the system construction and trading process of exchange-tradedagreementrepo and Credit Risk Mitigation Warrant (CRMW) and be good at leveraging credit bonds under AAA rank during daily segregated account repo trades. This role will also provide timely market information updates for investments strive to discover trading opportunities explore innovative business opportunities support business growth and improve trading process.
Job responsibilities:
- Responsible for independently repo around 4 billion per day with experience for different pledged bonds of ratings.
- Having a certain accumulation of counterparties and possessing the ability of developing and maintaining.
- Have a certain understanding of various businesses related to segregated accounts be familiar with the processes of exchange-tradedagreementrepo and CRMW system landing and trading.
- Collaborate with internal teams to establish and improve relevant trading systems participate in optimizing processes effectively improving trading efficiency and reducing trading risks.
- Accurately and efficiently execute investment instructions to avoid errors in price inquiry and transactions.
- Provide market flows to investment team including price trends market institutional sentiment and policy implementation.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills:
- 3 years of relevant work experience in the asset management industry or a related industry known well of different front-desk process.
- Attainment of all necessary regulatory licenses (or any other licenses / qualifications as required) for carrying outAsset Management and other regulated activities
- Focus on market fluctuations have high sensitivity to the implementation of market policies and be able to execute transactions accordingly.
- Excellent communication skillswith the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and hybrid environment a can do attitude and the willingness to learn new applications in an ever-changing environment.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Strong risk control and compliance awareness.
