- Participating in and conducting audit fieldwork guiding the project planning executing tests and producing the final report along with the team;
- Interacting with stakeholders from the first and second lines of defense discussing and following up on issues and action plans implementation;
- Gathering data and evaluating risks to build the annual audit work plan
- Acting as a knowledge multiplier contributing your experience and training to other auditors to enhance the teams IT skills;
- Engaging in Internal Audits strategic projects.
We are looking for a person who has
- Solid experience (minimum 3 years) in auditing the IT environment (preferably in financial institutions);
- Solid knowledge and experience in applying commonly used IT frameworks and standards in the audit program;
- Knowledge of general regulations related to the technology environment including those applicable to financial institutions (e.g. CMN Resolution 4893 from Bacen Resolution CVM 35 and others );
- Knowledge of cloud-based environments (preferably AWS);
- Basic knowledge of SQL Scala or other data manipulation language;
- Intermediate English level;
- Incessant curiosity and desire to continuously study and comprehend the surroundings as Nubank constantly evolves and changes;
- Ability to constantly adapt and quickly learn new technologies and tools including AI tools.
- Disposal to share knowledge and help to improve the teams technical skills
- Desire to create new and more efficient ways of assessing the companys risks;

Our Nu Way of Working
Our work model is hybrid and has cycles that can be from two to three months according to the business of expertise. For every eight or twelve weeks of remote work one will be at the office.
