Job Summary
職務目的Job Purpose
- 自動車保険における保険料算出等のアクチュアリー業務を遂行する
- 自動車保険における各種分析に保険数理の技法を適用し自動車保険の売上利益の拡大と目標達成に貢献する
- 他メンバーと協働し自動車数理課のアクチュアリー業務の技能知識を向上する
職責Job Responsibilities
1.保険料算出業務
自動車保険の保険料率決定のための各種分析試算を行いその結果を説明する
2. 分析業務
定期的な分析を実施し商品設計料率検証プロセスに継続的に関与する
目的に応じた個別詳細分析を実施しそれらの分析結果を関連部署に提供詳細説明を含むすることで商品設計引受ルール策定各種施策のプロセスをサポートする
ビジネス分析チームや引受チームと協働して集積災害リスクを含む保険リスクの要素をモニタリングしポートフォリオ管理をサポートする
３.認可関連業務
認可申請チームと密接に協働し保険数理に関する認可申請書類算出方法書および保険料算出の根拠等の作成および金融庁との認可折衝を遂行する
4.財務業務
商品チームと密接に協働し自動車保険の収益性および成長目標の計画策定をサポートしその計画の進捗をモニタリングする
会計処理IBNR見積手法を含むの変更の有無およびその影響を確認する
5. スキル向上
常に新しい技術最新の知識の取得を図り自らおよびチームメンバーの技能向上を目指す
自動車保険以外のアクチュアリーの行動を把握し自動車数理業務に利用する
自己啓発アクチュアリー資格取得等に対して真摯に取組みかつ結果を残す

資格
1. Sr Actuarial Analyst
- 日本アクチュアリー会の準会員以上
2. Actuarial Analyst
- 日本アクチュアリー会の資格試験で複数科目に合格していること
スキル
- 分析および計量化スキル各種分析用ソフトウェアを利用した経験があること
性格/気質
- データ数字を見みることとプログラムを書くことが好きなこと
- 自律して課題を設定しソリューションを提供出来ること
- 積極的にタスクを引き受けるなど自発性が高いこと
- 与えられた仕事を自らが主体となって完遂するなど責任感が強いこと
- 他のメンバーとの協調性に富むこと
- 先進的かつ実践的なアプローチを進んで取り入れる柔軟性があること
- 向上心が強くアクチュアリー資格取得などにおいて自己啓発の強い意志があること
- 英語に抵抗がないこと
業務経験
1. Sr Actuarial Analyst
- 損害保険数理特に自動車保険でのデータ分析保険料算出業務の経験があること
2. Actuarial Analyst
- 保険数理データ分析または損害保険分野での経験があること
