Job Description
Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of customers ensuring alignment with CHEPs business strategy and delivering on revenue growth and satisfaction targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement strategic account plans with a focus on growth opportunities and cost-efficiency improvements.
- Lead contract negotiations ensuring terms meet customer needs while supporting business objectives.
- Conduct customer business reviews addressing customer concerns and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
- Monitor and report on account performance including customer satisfaction metrics and develop plans to address areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts within customer organizations to drive collaboration and enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and networking ensuring a healthy sales pipeline.
- Lead customer retention initiatives working with customers to provide solutions that enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Gesto Estratgica
- Monitorar a sade das contas atribudas atravs de indicadores de desempenho (Account Health)
- Manter elevado e permanente o relacionamento estratgico com o tomador de deciso/influenciador dos clientes.
- Realizar reunies peridicas de business review apresentando os indicadores de gesto de contas.
- Gesto estratgica de preo rentabilidade e fluxo de pagamentos garantido o alinhamento da performance financeira das contas com as expectativas da companhia.
- Coordenar treinamentos e capacitaes com os clientes da carteira
- Garantir a satisfao do cliente e a eficincia da sua cadeia de suprimentos no que se refere a pallets
Negociao e Desenvolvimento de Negcios
- Identificar riscos e oportunidades de negcios e sinergias em projetos colaborativos com clientes e/ou seus parceiros (inbounds transporte colaborativo exportaes expanso de rede produtividade logstica).
- Apresentar solues alinhadas aos desafios dos clientes com foco em sustentabilidade eficincia operacional e reduo de custos.
- Executar a gesto contratual garantindo o cumprimento de todas as suas clusulas de forma a assegurar rentabilidade das contas e cumprimento das metas.
Colaborao Multifuncional
- Trabalhar em sinergia com equipes internas (operaes finanas marketing) para assegurar entregas excepcionais aos clientes.
- Dar suporte s equipes de gesto de ativos no planejamento e execuo de inventrios bem como assegurar o ressarcimento de perdas sobre ativos caso ocorram.
Resultados e Impacto
- Cumprir e superar metas de receita e volume de pallets de clientes.
- Ser referncia em execuo disciplinada e embaixador da CHEP no mercado fortalecendo a percepo da empresa como parceira estratgica para seus clientes.
Qualificaes Essenciais
Ensino Superior completo
Experincia
- Experincia mnima de 5 anos em vendas B2B ou setores correlatos com foco em resultados e execuo.
- Experincia slida vendas consultivas e desenvolvimento de negcios especialmente com grandes empresas e contas estratgicas.
- Histrico comprovado em gesto de clientes estratgicos com cases de sucesso de crescimento dessas contas
- Familiaridade com Salesforce ou ferramentas similares de gesto de contas
- Excelncia em comunicao habilidades analticas e capacidade de construir parcerias de longo prazo
Habilidades e Conhecimentos
