Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our company facilities. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in facilities management building maintenance or general operations. You will assist with repairs upkeep and facility improvements while working alongside experienced professionals and external vendors.
What Youll Do:
Perform general maintenance and repair tasks including light carpentry basic electrical HVAC and grounds maintenance.
Assist with facility planning including estimating labor and material costs for construction or repair projects.
Serve as a liaison with vendors contractors and suppliers to coordinate projects and services.
Support sustainability initiatives by researching and suggesting improvements to reduce energy and resource consumption.
Arrange and move furniture partitions and equipment to support employee relocations or internal moves.
Ensure compliance with company facility standards building codes and safety requirements.
Gain hands-on training across multiple trades while learning company policies and procedures.
What You Bring to the Role
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
01 year of general work experience; 1 year in facilities maintenance or a related field preferred.
Strong interest in facilities operations building maintenance or trades work.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work under close supervision.
Good problem-solving skills with the ability to handle routine tasks efficiently.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidates primary work location pay grade and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors in addition to primary work location such as complexity and responsibility of role job duties/requirements and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
