Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of accounts while providing exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines excellent organizational skills and a passion for delivering results.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50000 - $75000 annually based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts with an average premium size of $10000 and under.
- Handle all aspects of account management including quoting new and renewal business.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account handling.
- Utilize Epic software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
- No sales responsibilities; focus is on end-to-end account management.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in commercial lines account management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Confidence and a proactive approach to work.
- Openness to growth and professional development.
- Strong ability to connect with customers and build lasting relationships.
- Must be able to work onsite initially with potential for hybrid work in the future.
