Job Overview
You are a proactive Dev Engineer with a passion for IT and a collaborative customer-focused mindset. As a key member of a cross-functional squad you design develop test and deliver applications while also supporting maintenance and decommissioning when needed. You work end-to-end in Agile continuously improving both your skills and your teams. With a full stack understanding you manage everything from design to deployment and incident resolution always aligning with business goals to deliver the best solutions.
The team
You will be part of the WCS area within Wholesale Banking Tech Transaction Services. You will collaborate with multiple teams spread across domains in Philippines India Bulgaria The Netherlands Turkey and more. We follow a Scrum Agile development process and strongly believe in the DevOps approach to deliver better software faster. We work with the latest technologies tools and frameworks which means that you work in a dynamic environment in which you are continuously learning. Key Responsibilities
Design develop and maintain bank applications and services.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
Work within Linux environments (preferably RHEL 8) for deployment and troubleshooting.
Utilize Git for version control and collaborative development.
Participate in code reviews testing and debugging processes.
Contribute to containerization efforts using Docker.
Support automation testing using INGenious (where applicable).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Key Capabilities/Experience
Proficient in the following technologies:
Java
GIT
Azure DevOps.
Solid understanding ofLinux (RHEL 8 or higher).
SQL particularly withOracledatabases.
Familiarity withDockerfor containerization.
Experience withSeleniumfor automated testing.
Willingness to learn new tools and platforms includingFinacleandINGenious.
Openness to continuous learning and adapting to evolving technologies.

Minimum Qualifications
At least 5 years of relevant working experience bridging the gap between business and IT.
Proficient and experienced using various techniques for requirements elicitation functional design and slicing Epics and features into user stories.
A bachelors or post-graduate degree.
Experience in working in a complex and challenging environment.
Experience with an agile way of working.
Knowledgeable about core banking services working capital solutions and trade finance.
