Job Summary
Resideo is looking for aProduct Specialistto support our European Product Management team across our entirewater product portfolio.
In this role youll work closely with teams across engineering sales marketing and compliance to help drive the development promotion and profitability of our water solutions. Youll also play a key part in supporting product lifecycle activitiesfrom strategy and pricing to new product introductions and commercial launches.
Were looking for someone with a strong technical mindset to work closely with our Product Managers and become a go-to expert across our water product range. Youll support day-to-day team activities while proactively identifying new ways to add value and drive continuous improvement.
JOB DUTIES:
- Partnering with Product Managers to support day-to-day activities and act as their right hand in driving product success
- Collaborating with NPI and marketing teams to help define product specifications for new developments
- Conducting sales analysis to assess the profitability of our water product portfolio
- Supporting the launch of new products in coordination with the marketing team
- Maintaining and updating product datasheets to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Managing product information updates on the company website
- Assisting with customer-specific requests such as private label activities
- Working with sales and regulatory teams to evaluate market readiness and compliance for product launches in specific regions
- Continuously looking for ways to improve processes and add value across the product lifecycle
YOU MUST HAVE:
- A passion for all things technical we welcome both recent engineering graduates and candidates with hands-on technical experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- A proactive attitude and a naturally curious mindset
WE VALUE:
- Previous experience in an technical engineering or product specialist role
- Czech and/or German language skills
- Experience working in a multinational environment
