Are you someone who loves working with numbers pays attention to the details and is excited to grow your career in construction Pierre Landscape is looking for a motivated individual to join us in a unique developmental role that blends Estimating and Project Support.
This is more than just a job its a career path. Youll gain hands-on training in both estimating and project management giving you the foundation to build a long-term future in the industry. Within 1824 months based on performance youll have the opportunity to move up into a promoted role either continuing on the Estimating track or transitioning into Production/Project Management.
What Youll Do (and Learn Along the Way):
Review plans and perform material take-offs (great for detail-minded people who like precision).
Assist with cost breakdowns budgets and bid preparation.
Work with project managers on RFIs submittals and change orders.
Visit job sites to see how estimates become real projects.
Help keep projects on track by managing documentation reports and logs.
Collaborate with Estimating Production and field crews to gain exposure to the full project cycle.
Shadow experienced Estimators and Project Managers to learn best practices in bidding and project delivery.

What Were Looking For:
Bachelors degree in Construction Management Landscape Architecture Civil Engineering or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
Strong organizational skills detail-oriented and numbers-driven.
Curious eager to learn and excited about a career in construction.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Procore Bluebeam or OST is a plus.
Ability to read construction plans (training provided).
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
Position Details & Benefits:
In-office role: MondayFriday 7:00 am 4:00 pm.
Compensation: $2328/hour with up to 25% increase based on performance
Benefits: medical dental vision life insurance long-term disability paid vacation sick leave holidays and 401(k) with 4% match.
Career Growth: Move up in 1824 months into Estimating or Production/Project Management based on performance.
