Job Summary:
The incumbent is responsible for tracking and supporting the execution of aviation related corrosion-focused actions ensuring alignment with mission readiness objectives. This role involves planning scheduling and coordinating cross-functional meetings to facilitate effective communication and decision-making.
Responsibility includes conducting technical analyses of aviation corrosion-related issues assessing their impact on system performance and sustainment. Must be able to utilize data analytics tools to visualize and monitor corrosion metrics and trends providing proactive awareness to team leadership when warranted. This position also requires the tracking of internal action items ensuring timely follow-up and closure while maintaining clear consistent communication with peers and leadership to support transparency and mission success.
Essential Job Functions:
Track project execution to ensure timely completion of work and elevate barriers and obstacles awareness as needed.
Coordinate and facilitate recurring meetings focused on actions and initiatives across the team.
Perform technical analyses related to corrosion including impacts on cost readiness and facility impacts.
Conduct aviation corrosion-related data analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
Monitor and track internal action items to ensure accountability and timely resolution.
Communicate progress updates and key findings to leadership to maintain alignment and transparency.
Collaborate across teams and stakeholders to support execution of corrosion mitigation strategies.
Provide analytical support to inform leadership decisions and improve operational readiness.

Prepare briefings summaries and technical documentation to support leadership engagement and decision-making at enterprise levels.
Qualifications/Education/Experience/Skills:
Bachelors of Science or Bachelors of Arts in a Business or Technical Discipline.
Associates Degree plus 4 years additional relevant work experience may be substituted for a Bachelors Degree.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job the employee routinely is required to learn and apply new information and/or skills. Must be able to interpret data information and documents.
Occasionally will need to lift/and or move up to 45lbs.
Moderate environment temperature and noise level.
Occasional Travel may be required. 15%
Must be able to wear personal protective gear most of the day.
This is largely a sedentary role; This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers filing cabinets and fax machines.
