PRTR IT Recruitment is looking for a System Engineer to join the company which offers a comprehensive range of Apple products and accessories. The company is dedicated to enhancing the technological experience through its sales and services catering to diverse lifestyles with carefully selected products for customers.
Job Description:
- Providing consultation and technical support for Apple devices (iMac MacBook iPad iPhone etc.).
- Troubleshooting issues with Apple software network connectivity and cloud services (iCloud Apple School Manager).
- Supporting macOS iOS and iPadOS systems including setup maintenance and updates.
- Configuring and installing Apple devices for educational institutions and enterprises.
- Collaborating with clients to ensure seamless integration of Apple solutions with existing IT infrastructures.
- Advising on system configurations tailored to client needs such as Apple School Manager setup.
- Managing and supporting Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions for device management.
- Diagnosing and resolving network-related issues affecting Apple devices.
- Training users in organizations and schools to maximize the efficiency of Apple products.
- Coordinating with internal teams distributors and Apple Support to resolve complex issues.
- Assisting the sales team in recommending suitable Apple products based on client needs and budgets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
- 2 - 3 years of technical support experience preferably with Apple products or in IT.
- Proficient in macOS iOS and iPadOS systems.
- Knowledge of Apple School Manager Apple Business Manager and MDM tools.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills for addressing Apple product-related technical issues.
