Founded in 2017 the company specializes in revolutionizing hotel operations with an all-in-one management system serving over 2000 clients across Europe the USA and Africa. What will you do

  • Recognize upsell opportunities by staying informed on client needs

  • Work closely with sales to craft tailored product usage strategies

  • Conduct demos to showcase value-added features

  • Build strong relationships with hotel clients and serve as their primary point of contact

  • Conduct regular check-ins to ensure satisfaction and monitor goals

  • Analyze feedback and usage data to optimize the client experience

  • Provide training and resources to empower users

  • Proactively resolve issues to reduce churn risk

Candidate profile

  • Native German speaker with strong English skills

  • 2 years of experience in Customer Success or a similar client-facing role

  • Excellent communication empathy and upselling skills

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced SaaS environment

  • Organized detail-oriented and self-motivated

  • Team player with strong prioritization skills

  • Background in Hotel or SaaS industry preferred
