Job Description

JOB TITLE: Business Development Representative (BDR)

JOB LOCATION:Lagos

ADVERTISEMENT

JOB DETAILS:

  • We are looking for energeticBusiness Development Representatives (BDRs)to focus onlead generationand pipeline development.
  • The ideal candidate will identify qualify and engage prospects to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential leads through various channels (outreach campaigns social media etc.).
  • Initiate contact with prospects via calls emails and personalized messaging.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Meet and exceed lead generation and activity targets.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales development lead generation or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify prospects pain points and position solutions effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and outreach tools.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field.
