JOB TITLE: Business Development Representative (BDR)
JOB LOCATION:Lagos
ADVERTISEMENT
JOB DETAILS:
- We are looking for energeticBusiness Development Representatives (BDRs)to focus onlead generationand pipeline development.
- The ideal candidate will identify qualify and engage prospects to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential leads through various channels (outreach campaigns social media etc.).
- Initiate contact with prospects via calls emails and personalized messaging.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Meet and exceed lead generation and activity targets.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales development lead generation or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify prospects pain points and position solutions effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and outreach tools.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field.
