JOB TITLE: IGNITE Internship Programme 2.0
FUNCTION: Marketing/ Finance/ Human Resources/ Operations / Corporate Communications
SENIORITY LEVEL: Intern
LOCATION: Colombo Sri Lanka
ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
The role will support the line manager in day-to-day operational tasks and activities of the function and will also participate and engage in key projects.
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Provide operational support to the team.
- Support functional operations.
- Ad-hoc tasks within the team.
- Logistic and execution key projects

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- A fresh graduate or those reading for a degree in Engineering Business Management Accounting Human Resources Communication and media studies Law Marketing or a related discipline.
- Effective project management communication and influencing skills.
- Developing and managing relationships with internal and external partners
- Ambitious and agile individuals with demonstrated leadership capabilities via extra-curricular activities.
BENEFICIAL
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills.
- Competent in Microsoft Excel Word & PowerPoint.
