About the Role:
- Professionally manage incoming and outgoing calls by providing accurate and consistent information
- Ability to communicate clearly and manage customers feedback
- Organized and able to multi-task in fast paced environment
- Maintain good service delivery
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
About You:
- Preferably O levels / A Level and above
- Prior experience in Contact Centre environment will be an advantage
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
