Job Description
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.
Minimal Experience 5 years as Store Manager in F&B
Mastering F&Bs strategy in PNL Labor Cost Food Cost and COGS Inventory Stock Opname & Excellence Service.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to tight deadlines in high-pressure situations.
Excellent attention to detail ability to operate a high performing store
Great communicator and proven leader.
Organize staff scheduling daily operations and resolve customer complaints.
Monitor and analyze store performance to develop improvement strategies
Have good expression skills communication skills and training skills and have data processing and report analysis abilities.
Proficient in computer and Office software.
