Leasing Specialist - Lease Up!
At Living Fully Orchard Farm our brand-new lease-up community youll be the driving force behind creating a safe beautiful and fully functional environment for our very first residents. As the Service Manager youll lead a skilled maintenance team through the unique demands of launching a new propertymaking sure every home common area and amenity is in top shape from day one.
Youll oversee all aspects of community maintenance from responding to resident service requests to troubleshooting plumbing electrical and HVAC issues. You wont just manageyoull roll up your sleeves to ensure quality safety and timeliness. Youll also coordinate landscaping vendor services and preventative maintenance programs to keep the property looking and running its best.
On the administrative side youll handle ordering and managing supplies tracking budgets hiring and training team members and keeping detailed maintenance records. Your leadership will set the tone for a smooth lease-up experience ensuring every resident feels confident that their home is cared for by a team they can trust.
