Asia Pre-Sales Manager - Project Sales / Solution Architect (KVM Solutions)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Manager to support sales activities by providing technical solutions and proposals based on customer requirements. This role involves working closely with sales teams system integrators end users and industry consultants to ensure our Display Management Solutions meet market needs. You will also play a key role in advocating our solutions increasing awareness and driving business growth across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and present technical solutions proof of concept demonstrations and optimized recommendations to partners and customers.
- Assess customer requirements and ensure solutions align with best practices.
- Manage support and respond to RFI/RFP bidding processes.
- Work closely with the sales team and partners to successfully close projects.
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the product management team.
- Stay updated on industry trends competitor solutions and emerging technologies.
- Support trade shows events and partner training sessions to advocate for our solutions.
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations to potential customers and partners highlighting the unique selling points of our products.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential solution gaps within existing partner and customer networks.
Performance Measures- Achieve assigned team quotas and growth targets within the region.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings and establish strong relationships with partners as a go-to expert for technical solutions.
- Complete required training objectives within the assigned period.
- Enhance brand awareness and effectiveness by conducting training coaching and technical support activities for partners and customers.
- Work closely with technical support teams to increase hands-on training and solution implementation.
Qualifications & Skills- Degree in IT Computer Science Electronics Telecommunications or Engineering.
- 5 years of experience in IT and/or AV industry in a pre-sales technical engineer or manager capacity.
- Knowledge of IT networking Display Management Solutions and TCP/IP switching and digital signal routing.
- Experience with technical solutions in command-and-control room environments is a plus.
- Background in long sales-cycle project solution selling and tender submission is an advantage.
- Strong presentation communication and business articulation skills.
- Ability to translate technical requirements into cost-efficient business solutions.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
- Willingness to travel regionally as required.
