Work Set-up: Hybrid/ 3pm-12mn shift (Training Period 4-5 weeks will be onsite)
This role is a key position for the growing Business Services Team within a global consulting firms shared services center. This is a leadership role focused on optimizing support operations leading large cross-location teams and driving service excellence.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in managing administrative or business operations teams enjoys solving complex problems and is comfortable working in a high-change high-expectation environment.
Lead large teams of executive and administrative support staff across multiple locations
Drive the design and execution of strategic initiatives to improve team efficiency service quality and stakeholder satisfaction
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders ensuring alignment on goals and expectations
Mentor and guide team members to ensure professional growth and high performance
Analyze operations spot process inefficiencies and implement improvements
Ensure compliance with internal standards governance and best practices
Champion a culture of innovation teamwork and continuous improvement
Bachelors degree holder
At least 10 years of relevant leadership experience in shared services offshoring or business operations
Proven track record of managing large teams in complex environments
Strong command of English and excellent communication skills
Demonstrated ability to influence coach and lead through ambiguity and change
High comfort with digital tools and evolving technologies
Skilled at navigating complex stakeholder relationships and delivering high-impact service
Experience driving operational change and continuous improvement initiatives
Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day team execution
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make sound decisions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant platforms
