Work Set-up: Hybrid/ 3pm-12mn shift (Training Period 4-5 weeks will be onsite)

This role is a key position for the growing Business Services Team within a global consulting firms shared services center. This is a leadership role focused on optimizing support operations leading large cross-location teams and driving service excellence.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in managing administrative or business operations teams enjoys solving complex problems and is comfortable working in a high-change high-expectation environment.

What Youll Do

  • Lead large teams of executive and administrative support staff across multiple locations

  • Drive the design and execution of strategic initiatives to improve team efficiency service quality and stakeholder satisfaction

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders ensuring alignment on goals and expectations

  • Mentor and guide team members to ensure professional growth and high performance

  • Analyze operations spot process inefficiencies and implement improvements

  • Ensure compliance with internal standards governance and best practices

  • Champion a culture of innovation teamwork and continuous improvement

What Were Looking For

  • Bachelors degree holder

  • At least 10 years of relevant leadership experience in shared services offshoring or business operations

  • Proven track record of managing large teams in complex environments

  • Strong command of English and excellent communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to influence coach and lead through ambiguity and change

  • High comfort with digital tools and evolving technologies

  • Skilled at navigating complex stakeholder relationships and delivering high-impact service

Preferred Qualities

  • Experience driving operational change and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day team execution

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make sound decisions

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant platforms
