Senior Product Owner

Job Responsibilities
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science or related field.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification is preferred.
Job Requirements
- 4 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
- Proven experience in managing product backlogs and prioritizing features.
- Experience in Agile development environments and working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of product development and lifecycle management.
- Good understanding of wholesale banking business processes (cash management trade finance treasury supply chain financing) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira Trello or Asana.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize effectively.
Nice to have
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.
- Create and manage the product backlog ensuring it aligns with business goals.
- Develop user stories acceptance criteria and detailed specifications.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
- Monitor product progress and adjust priorities based on feedback and changing requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and the development team.
- Fluent in English.
