Job Description
Job Title:Order Entry Clerk - Dealers
Location: SPI Santiago - on site
Schedule:7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Seats: 3
Responsibilities:Basic job responsibilities are to enter orders received from our Field Sales Representatives Customer Service Representatives and help and assist in all the activities related to the department.
- Researching previous customer records
- Interpreting and entering orders based upon established product codes and procedures into AS400.
- Confirmation of pricing and product offerings within line guide specifications
- Initial assignment will be product specific; however additional training in other product areas and special projects is required.
Job Requirements:
- Computer literacy and working-level skill with the basic MS Office suite (Word Excel Outlook Explorer)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- The ability to work well both individually and in a team environment are default requirements for all Jostens exempt and salaried nonexempt employees.
Required:
- High School diploma or College Student
- Solid data entry and/typing skills.
- Strong work ethicexcellent typing skills professional phone etiquette strong effective
- interpersonalcommunications listening skills and attention to detail both written and verbal.
- Listening skills and attention to detail both written and verbal communication is key.
- On site position must live in Santiago.
Preferred:
- 3-5 years. of data entry experience
- Attention to detail.
- Available O.T
