Job Summary
Job Title:Order Entry Clerk - Backoffice
Location: Santiago
Salary:RD$28000.00 Monthly
Schedule: M-T 7:00 am -4:30 pm F- 7:00 am -3:30 pm
Training: January 27th 2026
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OR PURPOSE OF JOB:
Basic job responsibilities are to enter orders received from our Field Sales Representatives Customer Service Representatives and help and assist in all the activities related to the department.
RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Researching previous customer records
- Interpreting and entering orders based upon established product codes and procedures into AS400
- Confirmation of pricing and product offerings within line guide specifications
- Initial assignment will be product specific; however additional training in other product areas and special projects is required
Job Requirements:
- Computer literacy and working-level skill with the basic MS Office suite (Word Excel Outlook Explorer)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- The ability to work well both individually and in a team environment are default requirements for all Jostens exempt and salaried nonexempt employees.
Required:
- High School diploma or College Student
- Solid data entry and/typing skills.
- Strong work ethicexcellent typing skills professional phone etiquette strong effective
- interpersonalcommunications listening skills and attention to detail both written and verbal
- Listening skills and attention to detail both written and verbal communication is key.
- On site position must live in Santiago.
Preferred:
- 3-5 yrs. of data entry experience
- Attention to detail.
- Available O.T
