Our client is a business in the clothing retail industry.
Job Details:
- Planning human resource management department strategies.
- Overseeing all HR functions including HRM and HRD.
- Managing salary structure compensation and benefits recruitment processes performance evaluations and employee relations.
- Creating a positive culture and work environment.
- Performing other tasks as assigned.
- Working hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 18:00
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in HR including HRM and HRD with experience in the retail industry preferred.
- Knowledge of labour law.
- Strong management skills.
