Role:
- Support building certification projects (BREEAM LEED WELL)
- Contributing to the preparation of ESG reports and compliance with the European Taxonomy;
- Climate risk analysis in real estate projects;
- Development and consolidation of templates and tools for ESG reports;
- Support in organizing databases and technical documentation related to sustainability.
Capabilities:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture preferably with a specialization or interest in sustainable construction.
- Knowledge of sustainable building certifications;
- Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel Word PowerPoint);
- Fluency in English and a good knowledge of English (spoken and written);
- Knowledge of AutoCAD Power BI and other data analysis tools is valued;
- Analytical skills organization proactivity and critical thinking.

- Proactivity and the ability to learn continuously with an interest in exploring new areas within sustainability
