Based in our Manila/Quezon City Philippines office this position will work directly with the Process Excellence team reporting up through the Procurement Excellence organization. The individual will collaborate cross functionally with procurement the manufacturing plants and the other functional groups to develop and document best practices. The position will be required to develop standard work procedures and to assist with rollouts and training efforts for the standard work. The analyst will also be required to utilize the Oracle ERP system and our advanced analytical tools to audit system processes.

  • Collaborate with Procurement Supply Chain Finance Materials Management and Operations leaders to fully understand the Business process requirements and concerns of the day-to-day operations.

  • Work with all Oracle Support teams to identify the Oracle systems capabilities and limitations within the Procure-To-Pay Build to Order and other areas test enhancements and process improvements with the same team

  • Liaison between users and system developers to ensure the business requirements are fully understood so that standard system activity and processes can be setup to achieve business goals and objectives

  • Interact with key business users across various departments and be prepared to present to small groups if needed

  • Participate in strategic projects while tracking the assigned tasks to completion and strive to achieve project deliverables

  • Assist the team with deploying global standards whenever necessary. Coordinate with the local analytics team on the development of globally focused and purposeful analytics which the business can use to derive key insights

  • Work towards metric standardization for the Procurement and Supply Chain organizations; train users on standard work as outlined by the team

  • Assist the team with the development of new business processes including but not limited to supplier communications data standards initiatives supply chain improvement projects etc.

  • Design new process diagrams as required to fit newly proposed processes

You are a person who understands how processes work in the physical and virtual world and you have the courage to share your thoughts and give advice. You enjoy process mapping and instilling the best practices available to ensure process efficiency. You are action oriented and always willing to assist other groups or teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in business Supply Chain or Operations Management Finance Information Systems or an IT related field

Minimum 3 years related work experience

Working knowledge of Procurement and Supply Chain

Experience building out work documentation and/or work instructions

Must have ERP system work experience

Excellent communication skills and presentations skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Very Good understanding of the MRP/Master Scheduling process Oracle ASCP and/or Oracle Cloud Planning

Intermediate understanding of PL/SQL

Extensive Oracle R12 work experience working knowledge of Oracle cloud a plus

Working knowledge of modern analytical tools such as Sigma Domo Tableau Power BI etc.

Specialized masters degree or MBA
