Role Overview/Tasks:
Handles data analytics and ad hoc case studies machine utilization and capacity computations
Manages projects of plant and division initiatives
Supports Lean Implementation Program implementation of Lean Six Sigma concepts development and presentation of training materials
Supports Strategic Planning Exercises and Budget review process
Generates Plant Key Performance Indicators Reports and development of data spreadsheets or programs
Qualifications:
Graduate of Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Engineering and Management or other related engineering courses.
Fresh graduates may apply but those with 3-5 years of work experience are preferred (preferably in the manufacturing industry)
Intermediate skills in MS Office applications especially Excel and Powerpoint; ability to develop publication materials through Adobe/Canva is a plus
Has experience in handling and facilitating projects and case studies
Experience and knowledge in Lean Management concepts and Programs; with Lean Six Sigma Belt is a plus
