Role description
- Define and execute a multi-country B2B marketing strategy aligned with sales and business goals
- Lead and deliver integrated campaigns across digital content and events
- Collaborate with consultants sales teams and leadership to create marketing and sales enablement materials
- Act as a key link between the regional marketing team and group marketing to align positioning and share resources
- Support the development of base procceseees and structure (e.g. content calendar campaign plan)

Must-Haves:
- 5 years B2B marketing experience ideally in IT services cybersecurity or consultancy
- Proven experience running integrated campaigns (digital events social content)
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in an international or group/regional marketing structure
- Background in Microsoft Dynamics and HubSpot
- Understanding of IAM or cybersecurity buyer behavior
- Strong content instincts (not necessarily a copywriter but able to brief/manage agencies effectively)
- German language skills
Salary range & secondary benefits:
7075k base (40 hours/week incl. vacation pay) annual profit sharing
Hiring process:
- 1st round: Intro call with Talent Acquisition
- 2nd round: On-site interview with Head of People & Culture Head of Sales
- 3rd round: Online assessment via iPortfolio case assignment (presented on-site to CEO and Head of Sales)
- Final: Digital interview with Head of Marketing at group level (Germany)
