Are you ready to make your next career move tojoin our teamand support KONE Mexico as our Compliance Specialist located in Mexico City MX
We are looking for a Compliance Specialist who will assist in the further development of the compliance program in Mexico and areas in Central and South America to help ensure that KONE complies with legal and regulatory standards procedures and policies.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with AME Compliance team to develop and provide employee training on compliance policies practices and reporting systems.
- Identify investigate and report compliance issues irregularities and violations.
- Track and report on relevant changes to Mexican law applicable to compliance program.
- Maintain records of compliance activities including employee trainings.
- Monitor third-party due diligence and ensure compliance with Company policy.
- Attend AME Compliance meetings with leadership and report on compliance issues in Mexico.
Qualifications:
- 4 year degree / Bachelors Degree preferably in Law or related field.
- 5 years of experience in Compliance (managing investigations)
- Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional-International (CCEP-I) preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Ability to proactively prioritize and identify compliance issues and recommend solutions
- Knowledge of applicable laws and procedures
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent documenting and reporting skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Must possess the highest level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive matters
