We are seeking Analytic Tradecraft Compliance Specialists at the Junior Mid and Senior levels to support the evaluation of intelligence products ensure compliance with Intelligence Community (IC) Analytic Standards and strengthen the rigor and integrity of intelligence analysis across the enterprise.Your Mission
As an Analytic Tradecraft Compliance Specialist you will play a critical role in assessing the quality standards and objectivity of intelligence production. Your expertise will help identify strengths weaknesses and gaps in analytic tradecraft while providing actionable recommendations to improve processes and outcomes.What Youll Do
- Evaluate a sampling of finished intelligence products for compliance with IC Analytic Tradecraft Standards and Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 203 series.
- Develop metrics document findings and provide recommendations to Government stakeholders for analytic improvement.
- Create and implement self-assessment measures to minimize subjective variation in evaluations.
- Identify key strengths weaknesses trends and notable features in analytic tradecraft practices.
- Assist the Government in refining evaluation methodologies and enhancing the integrity of analytic quality reviews.
- Contribute to strengthening analytic rigor across the intelligence community.
Education & Experience (must meet one of the following based on level):
- Senior Level: Masters degree 12 years relevant experience OR Bachelors degree 17 years relevant experience.
- Mid Level: Bachelors degree 8 years relevant experience.
- Junior Level: Bachelors degree 3 years relevant experience OR 7 years relevant experience without a degree.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Strong understanding of IC Analytic Tradecraft Standards and compliance processes.
- Proven ability to evaluate document and improve intelligence product quality.
- Strong analytic critical thinking and communication skills (oral and written).
- Experience preparing reports metrics and assessments for senior leadership.
- Ability to collaborate with Government military and interagency partners.
- Prior experience conducting analytic tradecraft compliance reviews.
- Familiarity with ICD 203 series requirements and related directives.
- Experience developing training or guidance for analytic tradecraft best practices.
- Previous support to USCENTCOM or other Combatant Commands.
