Are you a driven results-focused sales professional ready to make a real impact We are thrilled to introduce our newly created Business Development Manager role giving you the opportunity to shape your territory advance your career and be rewarded for delivering tangible this role you will drive business across the Central Belt Edinburgh and the Borders expanding our plant accommodation and power hire solutions.
How This Role Supports the Delivery of Our Hire Solutions:
By proactively identifying opportunities building strong client relationships and driving sales youll directly impact the growth and success of our hire operations delivering high-quality solutions to our customers on time every time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Target new business across construction infrastructure events and related sectors.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation through to closing deals.
- Plan effectively set clear objectives and deliver against growth targets.
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure clients receive excellent hire solutions and service.
- Keep abreast of competitor activity market trends and upcoming projects within your territory.
- Represent the company professionally at client meetings site visits and industry events
