ROLE SUMMARY
The Global Delivery & Programs Lead Omnichannel Services & Solutions(OSS) is a pivotal role within Pfizer Digital. With close collaboration across other teams within Pfizer Digitaland in partnership with theChief Marketing Office (CMO)and other business units across Pfizer in the roadmap delivery and operations of our engagement with our external customers via the web channel. This role demands a strong leadership of a team that expertly blends our technology platforms with creative content strategies and excellence in delivery at scale to revolutionize how we engage with our audiences via the web channel.
The role is responsible to lead and manage regional & global portfolio level teams consisting of internal and external resources that focus on design development delivery and maintenance of Services & Solutions in support of external facing Digital Engagement specifically the Webchanneland DTC Products/Programs across all Business Units at Pfizer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading continuous innovation and improvements in terms of services and capabilities driving the delivery at a global scale of immersive and engaging digital web experiences and solutions leveraging global platforms architectural patterns standardized delivery practices that consistently meeting high standards for security compliance performance & accessibility to enhance our marketing efforts bring us closer to our customers and gather and leverage insights through the use of our Web publishing and related platforms.
This role requires a unique blend of technical acumen vision and strategic thinking with a strong emphasis on leading solution delivery at scale. This role will be a key contributor in transforming how the company connects with its audience leveraging the latest innovations in delivering engaging web experiences to our external customers.
What You Will Achieve
In this role you will:

Act as a strategic advisor on key Enterprise initiatives influence senior leadership and negotiate with stakeholders to accomplish broad business objectives.
Manage Development & Delivery at Scale: Lead and oversee Regional & Global teams dedicated to the development and delivery of external engagement services and solutions across Web channel. Manage and mentor a team of regional delivery leaders with a strong emphasis on driving quality reusability and optimization. Oversee a team of people delivery digital health solutions for DTC websites portals and mobile apps with the lead reporting into this role.
Service Management: Lead the management of services and capabilities in the delivery of innovative and engaging experiences on the web channel.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with C4 teams (Patient PDO & GSO) DCPs CMO business and marketing teams to effectively leverage our web technology platform investments services & capabilities in the delivery of innovative Digital Web solutions that enhance customer engagement brand visibility and market positioning. Ensure collaboration between technical teams creative staff and business units for cohesive delivery of the solutions.
Quality and Compliance Management: Ensure all delivery consistently adheres to security regulatory standards industry best practices and internal policies.
Innovation in Web Experiences: Stay ahead of industry trends in technology capabilities and services leading initiatives to explore new applications of technology to drive our marketing efforts forward.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data analytics to assess the effectiveness of Digital engagements across web channel as well as usage of our services capabilities & platforms. Make informed decisions to enhance effectiveness and impact of our services & capabilities.
Ethical and Responsible Data Use: Promote ethical practices ensuring transparency and respect for privacy and data security.
Team Leadership and Talent Development: Build lead and mentor a diverse team including delivery and technical specialists. Encourage a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Engage with key stakeholders advocating for the integration of innovative and enterprise technologies services and capabilities in Digital engagement strategy. Communicate the value and impact of these initiatives effectively. Serve as a primary liaison to business leaders in the CMO and other functions.
Budget and Resource Management: Oversee the budget and resources across both operations and projects ensuring efficient use of funds and maximization of ROI.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
BA/BS with 12 years of experience or MBA/MS with 10 years of experience
Proven ability to manage financial goals
Ability to lead in a complex matrix environment with resources geographically distributed
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to deliver effective presentations to a variety of audiences
Strong people management experience
12 years plus of proven progressive track record in a variety of technical leadership roles ideally inclusive of web mobile content and AI technology solutions.
Ability to assimilate new technologies and concepts as platforms tools and delivery model skills are a must and experience both operating overseeing and developing new Web solutions is an be able to grasp the right level of technical skills required to make key tactical decisions for the group including proficiency and an aptitude towards trending AI-based tools & to learn new technical skills more important than the amount of current knowledge.
Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing technical teams is essential. Key to the success of this role are Vision integrity resilience adaptability emotional intelligence critical decision-making and effective communications ability to create a narrative/story to convey key messages and influence stakeholders at all levels is crucial for this ability to provide mentorship guidance and professional development opportunities to team members. Understanding the difference between importance and urgency when prioritizing is also a key skill required for this tasks to team members who can perform them more effectively and focus on leading through collaboration. Recognize and leverage each team members unique strengths to achieve the best outcomes.
Should possess strategic thinking skills to align actions with long-term goals such as developing a five-year roadmap anticipate future trends like market shifts and make decisions that contribute to the overall success of the organization
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
A Masters degree
Experience in leading and developing senior-level resources to deliver on business priorities
Ability to act as a strategic advisor on key Enterprise initiatives and influence senior leadership
Experience in fostering a culture of inclusion and knowledge sharing supporting colleague development and leveraging organizational capabilities
Ability to create an environment promoting continuous improvement and innovation and determine acceptable risk levels
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers develop and coach others oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Travel will be required as part of this around travel will vary but candidates must be capable of travel within the region to other regions and to Pfizer World Headquarters.
Pfizer Digital is a 7x24x365 role may require physical or virtual participation on a weekend holiday or after normal business is desired as needed.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $204700.00 to $341100.00. In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 22.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
