Our client operates in SE Asia pioneered the pallet pooling concept in Thailand and is the market leader and preferred pooling solutions partner for key manufacturers and retailers in the FMCG industry.
Responsibilities
- Completing weekly and monthly KA reports (Visit plan KA activities update customers and competitor information).
- Handling monthly or quarterly meetings with the customers under Key Accounts in-chart.
- Creating the improvement project once a year with the customers under the Key Accounts in-chart.
- Monitoring and renewing contracts for the customers under Key Accounts in-chart.
- Monitoring pallets on hire (POH) and Daily Hire Rate (DHR) monthly to provide info on pallet movement and forecast the customers demand for peak season.
- Working closely with Customer Services to ensure transactions are processed correctly any disputes of invoices are resolved within the following month and all complaints are solved by the agreed timeline.
- Meeting with CS and Ops once a week to review our services and settle the issue for customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring collections ensuring all invoices will be paid as agreed as T&C.
Qualifications
- Thai National Male/female.
- Bachelors Degree level or above.
- Minimum of 5 years of Sales or CRM experience.
- Qualification in the Supply Chain field would be an advantage.
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Good selling & negotiation skills problem-solving analytical skills and proactive.
- Good personality and service mind.
- Good spoken and written English skills.
- Good computer literate with emphasis on MS Office.
- Able to travel upcountry.
- Own transportation with a Driving License.
