About Our Team:
The Legal Team
Help us build the legal team in Mexico! Our mission is to act as partners enablers and guardians working for NU Mexicos entry & growth with disruptive legal thinking while influencing the Mexican legal market. We need a corporate lawyer with expertise in banks.
What we are looking for:
- Should have experience in the assessment development and implementation of financial products specially deposit and loan agreements and electronic channels and strong knowledge of commercial transparency and product specific regulations.
- General knowledge of the regulatory framework applicable to banks is required including anti-money laundering internal control and other relevant regulations related to the end-to-end life cycle of financial products.
- Experience in sofipos banks or law firms specialized in financial entities is preferred.
