Your Role and Responsibilities
Industries Strategic Marketing (OEM) drives and implements marketing activities for the (machine) OEMs channel via focus on key strategic industries and applications in line with the agreed strategy and in collaboration with key stakeholders. Conducts market analyses using available marketing tools to determine high growth and focus strategic industries for SB/SP products and solutions through the OEM channel. Supports tailored solutions and personalized marketing tactics to engage the identified customer segments enhancing relevance through collaborative campaign design and execution combining global initiative development with local marketing and sales integrated strategy execution.
In this role you will report to the Global ELSB/SP Marketing Leader.

Responsibilities

  • Customer journey mapping: Visualizes and analyzes the steps a customer takes from initial awareness to post-purchase helping businesses understand and improve customer experiences and interactions.
  • Segment market Intelligence: Maintains a deep understanding of market segment developments (i.e. technology competitors and customers pain points) emerging opportunities (new channels & segment expansion & evaluation); changes in regulations & market dynamics and current/future technology needs & evaluates industry attractiveness for the assigned segment.
  • Positioning & Customer experience: Identifies and defines distinct customer segments (and/or evaluates emerging or changing segments) based on demographics behavior needs or other criteria.
  • Go to market & commercialization: Provides support in tailoring products or solutions to meet the unique needs and preferences of different customer segments. Establishes authority and expertise in a field & tailors communication to resonate with a targeted audience enhancing engagement and driving brand recognition and loyalty in a cohesive manner.
  • Customers engagement: Implements personalized marketing tactics (such as targeted emails or
    recommendations event engagement industry thought leadership) to engage customers within specific segments in alignment with communications governance.
  • Integrated sales & marketing campaigns: Supports in designing and executing integrated sales & marketing campaigns in collaboration with key stakeholders specifically aimed at different segments to enhance relevance and engagement.
  • Software and tools: Leverages software and tools to optimize marketing and sales efforts through automation analytics and data-driven optimization.
  • Marketing community: Creates and maintains a marketing community composed by local marketing professionals dedicated to the specific segment and facilitates best practice sharing and local market activation.

Qualifications for the Role

  • Bachelors degree in engineering Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in the industry with a strong background of sales marketing and product management.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand complex market dynamics customer behavior and marketing effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to collaborate with senior stakeholders and engage diverse customer segments.
  • Exceptional project management skills to coordinate large-scale marketing activities and campaign execution.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and leveraging market opportunities.
  • Collaborative mindset to work effectively with the Global ELSB/SP Marketing Leader and other senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborative leader with proven experience of building communities of knowledge and practice sharing.
  • Proven experience in mobilizing diverse employee and customer groups for change initiatives.
