Construction Project Manager
Blaine MN Direct Hire $90k - $110k
Konik is partnering with a local construction company that is seeking to add a Construction Project Manager to their team.
Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Schedule and provide general management over fabrication and construction of curtainwall projects.
- Coordinate and oversee multiple projects simultaneously serving as the primary point of contact while working with contractors design firms architects consultants sub-contractors and laborers.
- Direct and supply support to field operations ensuring jobs are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Monitor and maintain project budgets schedules work plans labor utilization cost estimates and projections.
- Receive and process requests for information (RFIs) and price out Change Orders as required
- Review and redline shop drawings.
- Travel to work sites on a weekly basis to perform inspections and ensure projects remain on track.
Construction Project Manager Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in construction management is beneficial but not required.
- 3 years in the glass and glazing industry is strongly desired.
- Experience as a Project Manager or as a Superintendent in the glass & glazing industry.
- Ability to balance multiple competing priorities while maintaining effective communication and organization.
- General proficiency with learning and adapting to computer software; experience with Procore Bluebeam and similar construction-industry-related software is helpful.
