Job Summary
Business Analyst with RPA experience to identify automation opportunities define business requirements and work closely with development teams to implement robotic process automation solutions. The ideal will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by analyzing workflows gathering requirements and supporting the end-to-end RPA lifecycle.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and evaluate business processes for automation potential.
- Document current state and target state workflows using process maps flowcharts or BPM tools.
- Gather analyze and define business requirements and translate them into functional RPA specifications.
- Work closely with RPA developers to ensure accurate solution design and implementation.
- Support the design and execution of test cases and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation including process definitions use cases and business requirements documents (BRDs).
- Monitor and analyze the performance of deployed bots to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide post-deployment support and work with business users to drive adoption and enhancements.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and provide insights to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or related field.
- 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 1-2 year focused on RPA-related projects.
- Familiarity with RPA tools such as UiPath Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and design methodologies.
- Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
