Requirements:
University degree in Computer Science Business Informatics Information Systems Digital Media or comparable field.
Minimum 3 years of experience supporting and developing in Salesforce with proven skills in automation validation configuration integration and hands-on coding (APEX Lightning Components).
Strong mentoring interpersonal and communication abilities; experience in a multinational team is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong customer service mindset.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITIL) and agile project methods (Scrum) is beneficial.
